Fulfillment Policy

Blacc Spot Media provides consulting services under individually tailored Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA). Our engagements are customized to meet the unique needs of each client, with services delivered through a collaborative, structured approach that ensures high-quality outcomes. Upon completion of services as outlined in the agreements, clients are invoiced for the work performed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel consulting services as stipulated within their respective SOW or MSA. To initiate a cancellation, clients must submit a written request to Blacc Spot Media. Any services performed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, based on the hourly rates or project milestones as defined in the SOW or MSA. Any ongoing work will be promptly terminated, and a final billing statement will be provided.

It is important to note that due to the personalized nature of consulting services, cancellations may require adjustments to scheduling and project timelines, which can impact overall progress. We encourage open communication to ensure any cancellations are handled in a way that minimizes disruption for all parties involved.

Refund Policy

Blacc Spot Media’s consulting services are billed after they have been rendered, following the terms outlined in the SOW or MSA. Given the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered. This is because our services involve dedicated time, resources, and expertise, which cannot be undone once the work has been performed.

However, we value our clients’ satisfaction. In the event that a client is not satisfied with the services rendered, we are committed to working together to resolve any concerns. This may include additional support or corrective actions to address the issue, as outlined in our service agreements. Any potential refunds or credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in alignment with the agreed contractual terms.

Our fulfillment process involves collaboration with clients to define project objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes. Each SOW or MSA outlines these parameters clearly, and our team maintains consistent communication to ensure milestones are met and expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Invoicing occurs after successful delivery of services, ensuring that clients receive full value before being billed.
